2. Proof of Address – Address shall be downloaded from UIDAI website after successful OTP verification with registered mobile number. Please keep your Aadhaar number / Virtual ID / Aadhaar Number Capture Service (ANCS) token ready.
3. Proof of correspondence address (if it is not same as permanent address) - Bank Account Statement, Landline / Mobile Bill / Electricity Bill / Gas Bill / Government Issued Allotment of Accommodation / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / NRECA Job Card.
4. Signed cancelled cheque image (with name pre-printed) for bank mandate verification.
